For paid services, invoices and payment terms apply as provided by iWave Digital. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

• All fees must be paid within the communicated timeline.
• Late payments may incur service restrictions.
• Subscription-based services renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Refunds are handled according to project or service agreements.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, code, strategies, frameworks, assets, and intellectual content created by iWave Digital remain our property unless a written agreement states otherwise.

• You retain ownership of any content or assets you provide to us.
• Completed deliverables may require full payment before ownership transfers.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reuse of our IP is prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential or proprietary information private and use it only for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement.

Exceptions apply where disclosure is legally required.

6. Service Availability & Changes

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with prior notification where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

iWave Digital is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Issues arising from third-party services or integrations.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service access for violations of these Terms, misuse, illegal activity, or non-payment.

Upon termination, obligations related to payment, confidentiality, and IP ownership continue to remain in effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, India (or your operating region).
